An essential part of a private investigator\’s job is performing surveillance. Generally, these private investigators do surveillance from their own vehicles. Along the way, these private investigators have discovered some tricks of the trade. Among them are those defined below:

1. A tinted glass is an vital feature for a private investigator. Have your vehicle\’s windows tinted so you can sit back and be virtually unperceived anywhere you go.

2. When tracking in heavy traffic areas, private investigators must stick on the trailed vehicle\’s bumper. As there are too many stoplights and there is heavy traffic in city areas, you must stay very close to the trailed vehicle in order not to lose sight of it.

3. Private investigators sometimes verify a name or an address by checking out the mailbox or glancing at a mail that is sticking out.

4. Private investigators can check whether residence is a single or multi-family home by the number of electric meters.

5. Private investigators must be very careful when tailing someone. The golden rule is to never lose sight of that person.

6. A private investigator must always have a pen, paper or voice recorder anywhere he or she goes. A pen and paper is important in taking down notes that may be very useful for clients.

7. As it is very difficult to to figure out height of an individual – whether male or female – private investigators usually use this trick: you can compare the individual\’s height to any object near them. You can use a door perhaps, or maybe even a nearby car (or the ones they are using, for that matter).

8. It is inevitable for private investigators to use a video – however, as a private investigator, you must make sure that there is a date and time stamp on each video. You can correct this on the camera settings. It is advisable to get a panoramic video shot of the person\’s location or his / her vehicle for verification purposes.

9. Stake outs can last for several hours so private investigators are advised to be ready at all times. Prepare foods (protein bars), water or toilet paper in your car.

Do you remember as a small child, watching The Little Mermaid or even Beauty and the Beast? As enchanting as these childhood movies were and still are, they had some familiarities. Everyone knows that the Little Mermaid finds love, and of all places it is not under the sea, just like the main character in Beauty and the Beast.

Both of the main characters in these movies meet their very own personal prince charming. Now you know how the plots play out, they fall into forbidden love of sorts, and get married. Now since there are weddings in these two films, how come we never see any bridal shower favors or wedding shower favors? Were these two strikingly and breathtakingly beautiful princesses deprived of a bridal shower? It seems as though old Walt Disney over looked a couple of things while putting these films together.

With Mrs. Tea Pot and Sebastian\’s personalities alone, one would normally conclude that surely no stone was left unturned when it came to the timing and planning of the weddings. With movie characters so full of life and energy how could they possibly leave out a bridal shower for their key princesses? I suppose this is not something that children see, or rather don\’t see in these films. This is because as we grow older we tend to pay closer attention to the truths in film. I can honestly not think of one single children\’s film that has a wedding in it, that actually shows a bridal shower or even mentions one.

Surely if the old philosophy \”life imitates art\” is true then they should defiantly include something as simple as a bridal shower. I personally can not imagine how something as simple and yet monumental as a bridal shower, was completely left out by the greatest movie makers in all of history. As a child however, I simply did not pay attention to the detail, which is the reason why this little fact did not bother me back then. It is not so much that it bothers me or irritates me now in my adult years, but rather it irritates me by the fact that a company so akin to detail, overlooks and disregards an important one when it comes to fairy tale weddings.

It is not just the bridal showers which they missed. How many films from your childhood that had weddings in them also had bachelor parties in them? I\’ll tell you how many, absolutely none! The closest any of us as children ever got to see to bridal or bachelor parties, was in the old Popeye cartoons. Yup that\’s right, do you remember Olive being showered with gifts in the episode where Popeye proposed to her? Or how about in that same episode Popeye goes to a boxing match with his friends. These are not actually bachelor or bridal parties and showers; however they are as close as we ever got to seeing them as children.

If you could create your own cartoon with weddings with both bridal showers and bachelor parties in them, how would you go about doing it? Would you make these parties as fairytale like and majestic as the weddings themselves, or would you hint about them and not actually portray them like the Popeye cartoon did? I suppose it is true that some things are to be left to the imagination, especially when it comes to these pre wedding celebrations in childhood films.

Mention the term Mormonism, to a non-Mormon and the immediate reaction in most people is that this belief system is a cult. The same applies to Scientology, and L Ron Hubbard was purported to have said that the only way to become truly rich on this earth was to invent a new region. He wasn\’t the first to think this way, but he may have been the first to have come out and said it!

Founded in 1830, by Joseph Smith; a convenient name for a prophet, who was apparently acting under the direct influence of Jesus Christ; the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is the principal sect, and many remain in Utah in self imposed isolation, but there are splinter groups which refer to them-selves as being \”Mormon\”.

That this church is radically different is without a doubt. Members used to practice polygamy and are rigid as well as fundamentalist. This is apparent in their complete rejection of the consumption of tobacco, coffee, tea, alcohol, and many other practices which are acceptable to most religions.

One hundred years ago Christian Americans considered Mormons to be a dangerous cult. Today, they are considered to be a fundamentally conservative Christian religion. The dropping of polygamy as a doctrine has helped this image, but they fought against this!

They do good works and adhere to their own scriptures as well as the Old and New Testament. The image of the church has been improved by means of vigilantly cultivated PR campaigns over the past few decades to shed the cult image.

Investigation into cults and the influence they have over people has defined a number of criteria which are used to determine cult status. CAN or the Cult Awareness Network is responsible for these and they make good sense:

Mind Control or undue influence: This is evident, but it is also very subtle, indoctrinated Mormons are kept so busy with church work; they have very little time for anything else. They have no time for dissenters who are summarily dismissed from the church, dissenters are given no leeway to repent.

Charismatic Leadership: Leaders are defined as being divinely inspired.

Deception: Leaders tend to be deliberately deceptive about the churches most embarrassing moments – particularly in terms of the early days and Joseph Smith. But there is a fine line between not telling the entire truth and deception.

Exclusivity: The Mormon Church boldly maintains exclusivity; the claim is that they and they alone are able to act with the complete authority of God.

Secrecy: This is evident in the fact that certain Mormon doctrines are kept hidden from the public. These are also kept from new members or prospects under the premise that they won\’t understand matters such as \”Blood Atonement\”. This is advocated for adultery, homosexuality and masturbation, and blood atonement means the death penalty!

Alienation: Mormons preach that a member should choose their family before the church, but in practice things are very different. Members are subject to church discipline and even excommunication if they are supportive of family members who are homosexual for example.

Exploitation: Mormonism is un-relentless in this regard. Members are compelled to give of their time and money, and they have a remarkable surveillance system to make sure this happens.

Totalitarian Worldview (we/they): The Mormon Church believes that they will be the saviors of the US Constitution one day when it hangs by a thread. Doctrine states they will take over control of the government; if that is not totalitarianism then I don\’t know what is.

In conclusion, YOU have to decide whether this is a cult or religion. In my opinion, and the facts point to this, it is a cult. They meet the CAN criteria, but to be completely honest I feel that most religions and cults still have a good deal too much in common.

This article will give you the details of human trafficking statistics

We always hear about human trafficking. Yet, somehow, it seems we’ve gone calloused and look at it as something so detached from our reality.

But little did we know that real people are actually suffering due to this crime.

Victims are either taken forcibly or with consent and are forced to get into sexual acts against their own will. But the bottom line is that these people lose their human rights.

Here are some human trafficking statistics that you might want to know, this will give you an idea on how wide scale the problem is and how many people are actually suffering because of this.

As of 2007, 27 million people are currently serving as slaves in today’s modern world. You would think that slavery has completely been extinguished, unfortunately the data proves otherwise.

Internationally, the number of individuals that are smuggled into other countries illegally or trafficked is close to 800,000 every year.

Women and children are still the favored target of human trafficking each year. They comprise 80% of the total number of people being trafficked.

161 countries out of 192 (according to the United Nations) are involved with human trafficking.

Sadly, some 30% of the victims will have an encounter with a health care proffesional while in bondage, but the sad part is that it will not be revealed that they are actually victims.

There are 30,00 women in Romania declared to be missing who are pressumed to be victims of human trafficking, as international police reported.

Children comprise half or fifty percent (50%) of human trafficking target. And they become victims as early as 12 to 14 years old and they are most likely to get exposed to sexual exploitation.

As an organized crime, the revenue in this industry runs to around 32 billion every year. The biggest chunk of 15.5 million coming from the slaves or forced labor servants in industrialized countries.

Individuals under the age 18, make up half of the total number of humans being trafficked.

These facts might seem overwhelming, but this is our reality. People who are trapped in this status are more or less afraid that if they seek for help, their families or loved ones might get hurt. Some are afraid that they will be deported.

It may not be that simple to end this situation because poverty or economic problems is the root cause of human trafficking. But not taking any actions will definitely put more women, men and children at risk of becoming targets; thereby, putting their lives on hold.

That is why we, each one of us, should take a serious thought on taking small steps to put an end to this ruthless industry.

Do you have pride in your Native American background? Or, are you merely captivated by the romance of the Old West? No matter what has spawned your interest in the American Indians, you might want to think about carrying Native American bank checks. You will find that there are a multitude of checks to select from, whether you want to show off your heritage or you just love the elegance and engagement of the American Indian.

Even though there are many different Native Americans tribes and each tribe has its own history and culture, they all still share something in that they signify a way of life that, sadly, no longer exists. Many people feel the romance of the Native Americans, even if they do not have any biological ties to the tribes that once journeyed through the infinite deserts and the luxuriant woodlands and mountains of the United States.

When you carry Native American checks, you will be able to bring back some of that romance and history and carry it around with you wherever you go.

No matter what aspect of the Native American lifestyle appeals to you, you will be certain to find a check series that speaks to you. The simple Native American check series, for example, is stylish in a subtle way. The checks some in 4 rotating images, all of which contain depictions of Native Americans. The sandstone coloring of the checks make the illustrations appear subdued and hushed and also give the checks a feeling of the desert.

On the other hand, if you would like something a little more colorful then you might be interested in the Mystic Maidens check series. These also come in 4 rotating images, each one showing a beautiful Native American princess set against a backdrop of mountains, clouds, and trees.

As something completely different, the Petroglyphs checks don\’t feature illustrations of people at all, but instead the focal point is on their cave art and other drawings that the Native Americans did hundreds of years ago. The Petroglyphs written in the past tell a story and were the only form of written language of that time period.

Similarly, the Southwest Art series contain dazzling, colorful checks that feature images of drawings that have been found in the caves and on the mountains of the American southwest.

If you would like to purchase Native American checks then you should be aware that by ordering them online from a reputable site you can save as much as 50% off the price that your bank might charge you. You will also have a variety of checks to choose from, unlike the limited selection of checks that might have been available to you at your local bank in the past.

When ordering your checks, make sure that you have your routing number and checking account number on hand so that they can be printed onto the checks themselves. You should anticipate receiving them in around 5 days, which might even be faster than your bank got them to you before.

Before you purchase Native American checks, go to NativeAmericanChecks.net to get coupon codes and to save up to 50% off your next purchase of Native American personal checks.
